I didn’t receive any tracking information until I reached out to the company myself. I ordered on December 2nd, and with it being so close to Christmas, I feel like communication could have been much better. Thankfully, it did arrive just before Christmas. Overall, I love how cute the doll and set are, but clearer and more proactive communication would have made the experience much better.
